Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the Creve platform.
Last updated: June 2026
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Creve, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Creve on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your team members' access, and keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including hosting unlawful events, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it to send spam or fraudulent communications.
Events, tickets & payments
As an organizer, you are responsible for your events, the accuracy of your listings, and your obligations to attendees. Ticket payments are processed by Paystack; platform fees apply to paid tickets, and payouts are subject to verification. Refunds are handled according to your stated policy and applicable law.
Intellectual property
Creve and its software remain our property. You retain ownership of your brand, content, and event data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate your events on your behalf.
White-label use
White-label features let you present the platform under your own brand. You are responsible for your branding and for any representations you make to your clients and attendees.
Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creve is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Creve at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform or its users.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
