The two plans
- Creve Marketplace (revenue share): no monthly fee. Creve collects the money for paid tickets and takes a share of each one before your payout; nothing on free tickets. Your events can be discovered on the marketplace.
- Creve White Label (monthly subscription): a flat monthly fee, no share of your sales, your own payment account, and the White Label tools. Your events stay off the marketplace.
Current prices, the tools each plan includes and any limits are on the Pricing page and in Settings > Subscription & billing.
Your plan and its limits
- Settings > Subscription & billing shows your plan, the tools it includes, and how much of each limit you're using: live events at once, team members, custom domains and broadcasts a month.
- Close to a limit, you'll see how much is left where you use it. At the limit, Creve says what's restricted, why, and which plan lifts it. On White Label, select Contact Creve to ask for more.
- Nothing you've already made is removed when a limit is lowered or your plan changes: a limit only stops you adding more.
The free White Label trial
- Choose White Label when you sign up (Start free trial on the Pricing or White Label page does this for you), get your account verified, then select Start free trial in Settings > Subscription & billing. No card is needed.
- One trial per account. Accounts that have paid for White Label don't get one.
- The end date shows in Settings > Subscription & billing and in a banner across the dashboard, and Creve emails you a reminder before it ends.
- Some tools may not be part of the trial; Settings > Subscription & billing lists what yours includes.
Upgrade, cancel or move to the Marketplace
- Open Settings > Subscription & billing.
- To upgrade, select Upgrade to White Label (or Upgrade during a trial) on the Creve White Label card, and pay with M-Pesa or card.
- To cancel, select Cancel subscription under Your plan. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for; nothing more is charged.
- To move to the Marketplace, select Move to Marketplace when this month ends on the Creve Marketplace card. You can change your mind with Keep White Label until then.
Upgrading during a trial keeps your remaining trial days: the paid month starts when the trial ends.
Automatic renewal
- White Label renews itself each month. The day before, Creve charges your saved card, or sends an M-Pesa payment prompt to your phone to approve. You're emailed a week ahead.
- Renewals use the card or M-Pesa number you last paid with. To change it, open Payment method and select Change M-Pesa number, or pay once with a different card.
If a renewal fails
- Creve emails you, tries again on the days Creve has set, and keeps your site live for a grace period. The dates are in the email and under Your plan.
- Select Pay now, or fix your payment method and select Send the M-Pesa prompt again or Try the card again.
- If it's still unpaid when the grace period ends, your public pages and new ticket sales pause.
When a trial or subscription ends
- Your public event pages and new ticket sales pause.
- Tickets already sold still work, and so does check-in.
- Nothing you made is deleted. Pay to bring everything back, or choose Use Creve Marketplace to move to the Marketplace.
