Troubleshooting

Why can't I pay for White Label?

White Label is paid for once your account is verified. Open Settings > Verification, complete the form and wait for Verified; the free trial, when offered, starts the same way.

Why won't my event publish?

Add a banner image in Details first; the Promotion tab lists what's missing. On White Label, an event with paid tickets also needs Paystack connected in Settings > Payments.

Why isn't my event on the marketplace?

Only published events of organizers on revenue share (Creve Marketplace) are listed, and only until they end. White Label events are never listed, by design.

My site says it's unavailable. What happened?

On White Label, the site pauses when a free trial ends, or when a subscription ends or its renewal stays unpaid after the grace period. Open Settings > Subscription & billing to pay; nothing has been deleted.

The scanner says a ticket is already checked in.

That ticket was scanned before. The time it was checked in shows on the Registrations tab, next to the order.

I can't request a withdrawal.

Withdrawals need a verified account, a payout destination on Payouts, and money in your Available balance. Withdrawals are for Marketplace sales; White Label money is already in your Paystack account.

My custom domain isn't working yet.

Check that the records at your domain company match Settings > Domains exactly, then select Verify. New records can take a few hours to spread.

A buyer says they paid but have no ticket.

Look them up on the event's Registrations tab. If the order isn't there, check Transactions for their payment. If you still can't find it, open a ticket in Support with their email address and Creve will trace it.

How do I reach Creve?

In your dashboard, open Support and select New ticket. Replies arrive in the same place and by email.
