One Creve. Two ways to pay.

Both plans run on the same Creve tools for tickets, check-in and payouts. Creve Marketplace takes a share of each paid ticket and gets you discovered; Creve White Label is a monthly plan for your own branded site.

You choose a plan right after creating your account. Paystack transaction fees apply to paid tickets.

The fine print, in plain terms.

No. On Creve Marketplace, Creve takes a share of each paid ticket and nothing on free tickets. On Creve White Label you pay a flat monthly fee and keep 100% of your sales. Paystack's own transaction fees apply to paid tickets on both, and are shown at checkout.

Yes, from Subscription & billing in your dashboard. Moving to White Label starts as soon as you pay. Moving from White Label to Marketplace takes effect when the month you've paid for ends, so you keep what you paid for.

White Label renews itself each month by card or M-Pesa. If a payment fails, Creve emails you, tries again, and keeps your site live for a grace period while you fix it. Nothing you made is ever deleted.

Setting up your account and building events costs nothing, and free tickets carry no Creve fee. On Creve Marketplace you only pay when you sell a paid ticket.
